This Agua Vista project was a complete transformation of a 1930s home that had fallen into serious disrepair. What started as a distressed investor property became a fully renovated, structurally updated, modernized home ready for resale.
The scope included a full interior gut, structural improvements, exterior upgrades, and custom outdoor living elements. The entire process took approximately six months from start to finish.

When we walked into this property, it needed everything. Outdated systems, worn finishes, structural concerns, and an overall layout that no longer worked for modern living.
Because of the age of the home, special care was required to preserve structural integrity while upgrading it to today’s standards.
